Mr. Wells is the president and founder of Wells Holdings, Inc. His sole focus his entire career has been devoted to the improvement of real commercial property. Widely regarded as a leader in every endeavor he has entered, he prides himself on the ability to assemble and direct great teams that rise to meet any challenge. Trusted by several institutional and Fortune 500 clients, he has proven his expertise at the highest levels. 

 Matt entered the commercial real estate industry as a leasing associate for a boutique retail developer, specializing in development of grocery anchored and regional power centers. Upon realizing the value of a technical background, he transitioned within the industry to commercial construction where he worked his way from laboring on the jobsite to becoming a Project Manager for a global construction company. Serving as the general contractor, he simultaneously managed multiple projects each comprised of 30+ subcontracting companies and tabulating jobsite man-counts in the hundreds of men. 

During this time, Matt gained valuable experience on various project types including crossdock distribution centers, medical office, medical lab, data centers, trading floors, retail, law office, and financial office. Mr. Wells has been involved in the construction in excess of four million square feet of space and the entitlement and development of greater than 1,000 acres of land. 

Mr. Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and The Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a LEED accredited professional, husband, father and cowboy for hire.

Mrs. Daves is a licensed real estate agent with an extensive background in finance & accounting. She has over 12 years of experience working in public accounting, where she began in tax and then transitioned into outsourced accounting. Lacy worked with numerous clients of varying sizes and industries, including high net worth individuals, sports & entertainment clients, family office groups, healthcare offices, nonprofits and closely held businesses. Her strengths include attention to detail as well as big-picture insight to problem solve while also developing and sustaining client relationships.  

Mrs. Daves earned both Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University where she was a graduate in Group XIV of the Professional Program in Accounting. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and is a member of the TSCPA and AICPA. 

Lacy joined the team at the end of 2020 and is anxious to get started in this new endeavor. She is a mom of three who loves God, her family, traveling, & being outdoors.
